About the Role
Aye Solutions is seeking an HR & Admin Associate who will be involved in the entire spectrum of HR-related work and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the company.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
Hands-on experience with managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Possess good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, regulations and their application
Possess the ability to communicate effectively with employees/stakeholders in different workplace settings (i.e., physical, virtual or hybrid)
Possess bookkeeping skills for managing payroll and day-to-day account management
Detail-oriented and able to solve problems with minimal supervision and guidance
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
Proficient with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
Manage the entire talent management cycle: job advertisements, pre-screenings, interview arrangements, interviews, shortlisting, hiring, confirmation, salary increment, promotion, job transfer, succession planning etc.
Internal staff management such as handling payroll calculations and statutory contributions, PTO, and holidays administration, assisting in performance management processes, staff training arrangements, investigating employee issues, etc.
Manage and update all employee files with the most up-to-date and accurate information
Provide and manage the day-to-day operations of the office such as mailing and courier management, staff travel arrangements, issuance of memos & letters and other related administrative tasks
Ensure compliance of company HR procedures with current laws and regulations
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices as well as changes to relevant laws and regulations
Assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on daily administrative, operational, and secretarial tasks
